Class “D” Franchise

This  Franchise allows the Operator/Franchisee to achieve a more permanent in line concession while still enjoying the identity, operational plan, and general formatting which has become the signature of Woody’s Chicago Style and Coffee Espresso™. In development are a variety of modular snack bars, in-line counter units and store fronts. Each operation is unique with its own set of guidelines specific to the physical utility of the business.

Of all the offerings available to a prospective Woody’s Chicago Style™ Franchise, the Class D is potentially the most challenging, demanding, and expensive. Costs such as design, construction, equipment packages, and lease acquisition become additional expenses to the franchisee. Because Class D Franchise packages are location dependent, it is impossible to quote accurately at this time. Once site specific criteria is achieved, developmental costs can be projected.
